Our service department consists of two horologists. Ken Settles has been with the company since 1982. Massimiliano Greco has been apprenticing with Ken for more than 5 years, and has recently been added to our staff on a full time basis.
We offer in-home service calls for Grandfather Clocks in the Western New York area by appointment.
For wall, mantle, cuckoo, and all other clocks, in store estimates are no charge.
Do not believe the story that the movement in your clock has worn out and must be replaced. Clocks are built to be repaired, and except for the rare exception, repair is the best and least expensive way to get your timepiece back in running order.
